6例外科手术干预治疗猫腹主动脉末端栓塞病例分析

Analysis of six cases of surgical intervention in the treatment of embolism at the end of abdominal aorta in cats

旨在探讨猫心脏病引起的腹主动脉末端栓塞病例的治疗方法。首先对6例临床猫病通过临床症状、血液学检查、X线检查、超声检查及心电图进行确诊,然后采用手术方法取出血栓。笔者进一步针对临床6例猫腹主动脉末端栓塞病例在诊断和手术治疗方面的技术进行了分析,以期为同行在该病的诊断与治疗方面提供借鉴。

In order to explore treatment for embolism,caused by cardinal diseases,at the end of abdominal aorta in cats.The diagnosis of six clinical cases was performed based on clinical symptoms,hematological examination,X-ray examination,ultrasound examination and electrocardiogram.Then,surgical operation was employed to remove the thrombus.The authors analyzed the above diagnosis and surgical treatment of the six cases of abdominal aortic terminal embolism in cats in the hope of providing reference for treating the same disease by colleagues.
