摘要
石家庄国际会展中心项目建筑造型新颖别致,结构体系复杂。采用了双向悬索结构体系,其中纵向主承重结构采用自锚式悬索结构、横向次承重结构采用双层索桁架结构,传力方式特殊,施工难度大。为保证工程建造安全顺利地进行,首先对石家庄国际会展中心的结构体系进行了阐述,分析了该体系的构件组成和受力特点;其次对施工顺序进行了研究,分析了施工顺序合理划分的理由,对比了不同施工顺序的优缺点;然后利用有限元软件ANSYS对施工过程进行模拟分析;最后再将模拟分析的结果与实际的监测数据进行了对比,结果显示,模拟分析结果与监测数据吻合度较好。研究结果为实际施工提供了施工控制参数,可指导实际施工的顺利进行。
Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center project has a novel and unique architectural shape and complicated structure system. The two-way suspension cable structure system is adopted, the longitudinal main load-bearing structure adopts self-anchored cable suspended structure and horizontal secondary load-bearing structure adopts double-layer cable truss structure and the structure has special force transmission method and is difficult to construct. To ensure construction safety and smooth, the structural system of Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center was first described, and the component composition and force characteristics of the system were analyzed. Secondly, the construction sequence was studied, the reasons for the reasonable division of construction sequence were analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of different construction sequences were compared. Then the finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate and analyze the construction process. Finally, the results of the simulation analysis were compared with the actual monitoring data. The results show that the results of simulation analysis are in good agreement with the monitoring data. The research results provide the control parameter for construction, and can guide the smooth progress of actual construction.
