《针灸原枢·增入漏经穴法》的文献源流及价值、影响探讨

The Value and Influence of“Zhenjiu Yuanshu Zengru Loujingxue Method”Based on the Literature Source and Development

通过对明代吴嘉言《针灸原枢·增入漏经穴法》成书年代的确定,及与其前后6个主要奇穴文本的文献学比对分析,梳理该篇31个经外奇穴的文献源流,探讨其价值与影响。发现该篇奇穴大部分源自元代《窦太师针经》,其次源于明代《奇效良方·奇穴》,均经过吴氏删减,整理方法、体例与前书类同但存在较多阙文与错误,奇穴专篇的编撰形式源于后书,与《医学入门·治病奇穴》无互引关系,文献质量低于《针灸大成·经外奇穴》;腋气、哮喘、血门、横梁法等内容为该书首次整理记载,因有27穴被明末《学古诊则》收录,故原书在国内的佚失对明清奇穴的整体发展影响不大,主要对考察大骨空与䭾骨空、独阴与独会、龙虎、腕骨、攔門、鬼眼与鬼哭等奇穴的流传演变具有正本清源的史料价值;又全篇被日本《重编医经小学》改作歌诀,因后书与《医经小学》相混而对后世奇穴产生较大影响。

To explore the value and influence of Zhenjiu Yuanshu Zengru Loujingxue Method,the age of WU Jia-yan’s book in the Ming Dynasty was determined,the six main texts of Extraordinary Points(EX Points)were compared with it,and the literature source flow of the 31 EX Points in this article was retraced.It is found that most of the 31 EX Points were originated from the book of"Doutaishi Zhenjing"in Yuan Dynasty,also the methods of collation,the instances of the literature.A small part from the book of"Qixiao Liangfang Qixue"in the Ming Dynasty,also the form of the compilation of the special article for EX Points.All 31 EX points were cut down by Wu,and there were missing texts and errors.There were no references to each other with the book of"Yixue Rumen".The quality of the literature was lower than the EX Points of"Zhenjiu Dacheng".The EX Points of Yeqi,Xiaochuan,Xuemen and Hengliangfa were collated firstly in"Zhenjiu Yuanshu".Because 27 EX Points were cited and recorded in the book of"Xuegu Zhenze",the original book’s loss in China has little impact on the development of EX Points in Ming and Qing Dynasty.It has the historical value of the origin on the investigation of the EX Points of Dagukong-Tuogukong,Duyin-duhui,Longhu,Wangu,Lanmen,Guiyan-Guiku.All 31 EX points were adapted as a song in the book of"Chongbian Yijing Xiaoxue"in Japan,this book was confused with the book of"Yijing Xiaoxue"in China,and"Chongbian Yijing Xiaoxue"had a greater impact on the EX Points.
