古代治疗神经根型颈椎病的穴位规律研究

Study on the Acupoint Law of the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy in Ancient Times

目的挖掘古代文献中针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的穴位规律。方法神经根型颈椎病的主要症状为检索词,应用《中华医典》软件检索出古代文献中针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病相关的穴位条文并按照穴位使用频次、归经、分布部位、特定穴建立相应的数据库。结果本次研究整理出古代条文共计782条,涉及14条经络和128个穴位。其中常用穴位50个,高频穴位6个,以及高频经络、常用特定穴、常用穴位分布情况。结论古代文献中针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病以单穴治疗为主,取穴以阳经为主,常用穴位及特定穴多集中分布在手臂部,体现出"经脉所过,主治所在"的辨证特点,值得临床推广应用与研究。

Objective To explore the acupuncture points in ancient literature for the treatment of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods The main symptoms of cervical spondylosis of the nerve root type are search terms.The software of Chinese Medicine was used to retrieve the acupuncture points related to acupuncture and moxibustion for treating cervical spondylosis of the nerve root type in ancient literature.Establish the corresponding database.Results This study sorted out a total of 782 ancient articles,involving 14 meridians and 128 points.Among them,there are 50 commonly used acupuncture points,6 high-frequency acupuncture points,and the distribution of high-frequency meridians,commonly used specific points,and commonly used points.Conclusion In the ancient literature,acupuncture treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis is mainly based on single-point therapy,and acupoints are mainly based on Yang Meridian.Commonly used acupuncture points and specific points are mostly concentrated on the arm,reflecting the dialectics of"the meridian passes,the main indication is".It is worth of clinical application and research.
