血清中维生素D水平与不同中医证型脑梗死的相关性研究

Correlation between serum vitamin D level and cerebral infarction in different TCM syndromes

目的研究血清中维生素D水平与不同中医证型脑梗死的相关性。方法选择2017年5月—2019年5月期间收治的脑梗死患者160例为治疗组,选择同期健康体检且结果为健康的人群60例为对照组,治疗组再分为阴虚风动组、风火上扰组、痰热腑实组、气虚血瘀组、风痰瘀阻组。比较各组血清中维生素D水平差异。结果阴虚风动26例、风火上扰10例、痰热腑实25例、气虚血瘀29例、风痰瘀阻70例,脑梗死中医证型占比最多的是风痰瘀阻型。治疗组研究对象血清中维生素D水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各中医证型的脑梗死组患者血清中的维生素D水平比较,痰热腑实型和气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者血清中维生素D水平明显低于其他证型患者血清中维生素D水平(P<0.05)。5种证型的脑梗死患者血清中维生素D是低分位和中分位,其中气虚血瘀型和痰热腑实型脑梗死患者低分位的百分比显著高于其他证型的脑梗死患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同中医证型脑梗死患者血清中维生素D水平存在显著的差异性,血清中维生素D水平和脑梗死不同中医证型之间有紧密的相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum vitamin D level and cerebral infarction in different TCM syndromes.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May,2017 to may,2019 were included in the observation group.According to TCM syndrome differentiation,the observation group was divided into five subgroups:yin deficiency and wind stirring,wind-fire upward disturbing,phlegm heat and fu-organ excess,qi deficiency and blood stasis,wind-phlegm collateral obstruction.Another 60 healthy people was included in the control group.The serum Vitamin D levels in all groups were compared.Results There were 26 cases of yin deficiency and wind stirring,10 cases of wind-fire upward disturbing,25 cases of phlegm heat and fu-organ excess,29 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis,70 cases of wind-phlegm collateral obstruction.The most common syndrome in cerebral infarction was wind-phlegm collateral obstruction.The serum Vitamin D level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in serum Vitamin D level between different syndromes(P<0.05).The Vitamin D level in the syndrome of phlegm heat and fu-organ excess and qi deficiency and blood stasis was significantly lower than that in other syndromes.The serum Vitamin D level in the five syndromes was in low and medium level,and the percentile of the low level in the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm heat and fu-organ excess was significantly higher than other syndromes,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions There are significant differences in serum Vitamin D levels in cerebral infarction patients with different syndromes.There is a close correlation between the serum vitamin level and TCM syndrome in patients with cerebral infarction.
