基于浊毒理论探讨补通膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病验案3则

Three Cases of Butong Ointment Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Based on Zhuodu Theory

基于浊毒理论,结合3则验案,分析探讨补通膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期的效果。文中基于李佃贵教授的浊毒理论:浊毒是慢性阻塞性肺疾病的最主要病理因素,并贯穿于整个病程。慢性阻塞性肺疾病的病理性质为"本虚标实",本虚以肺、脾、肾三脏亏虚为主;标实主要指浊毒蕴结。浊毒邪气壅于肺系,日久胶结不化,发为慢性阻塞性肺疾病。因此,治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病采取标本兼顾的方法,既要补三脏虚损,又要泄浊毒。补通膏功效为补肺益肾,祛痰通络,标本兼治,对于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,缓解患者症状,提高患者生存质量具有较好的效果。

Based on the turbidity theory,combined with 3 proven cases,the effect of Butong ointment in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable phase is analyzed and explored.The article is based on Professor Li Diangui’s turbidity theory:turbidity is the most important pathological factor of COPD,and it runs through the entire course of the disease.We believe that the pathological nature of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)should be"deficiency and excess",which is mainly due to deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,and excess mainly refers to accumulation of turbid toxin.Turbid toxin evil Qi obstructed in the lung system,cementation for a long time,for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Therefore,we adopt the method of taking samples into account in the treatment of COPD,which should not only replenish the deficiency of the three internal organs,but also release turbid toxin.The efficacy of Butong ointment is to tonify the lung and kidney,remove phlegm and dredge collaterals,treat both the symptoms and root causes,and has a good effect on the treatment of COPD,relieving symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients.
