摘要
介绍了一种大型方铝块的输送装置,用于大型龙门铝锭铣床的上、下料配套,即用于大型铝锭铣床自动生产线上输送工件。该装置通过使用具有双输出轴的减速机及无间隙联轴器,使输送线承载力大、震动小、噪音小,并使由多个辊子组成的托辊机构能实现同步传动。另外,为防止大型方铝块在输送过程中跑偏,所设计的托辊机构能使工件自动居中,使输送过程平稳,从而实现了输送线工作的高可靠性与高生产效率。
This article introduces a type of conveyor for large aluminum ingots.It is specially designed on the automatic transfer line for the aluminum ingot loading and unloading on the large scale gantry milling machine.The conveyor utilizes the double output shaft decelerator and non-play coupling.The conveyor can achieve not only larger bearing capacity,less vibration,and lower noise,but also the synchronized transmission of the supporting mechanism with multiple rollers.And the supporting roller mechanism is designed to maintain the aluminum ingots automatically centered and prevent deviation,which guarantees improved reliability and high efficiency.
