摘要
以连杆零件柔性加工单元为平台,研究了柔性加工单元的主体架构,阐述了柔性加工单元的软件硬件配置,介绍了现场智能设备的通讯方式以及柔性生产的实现方法,并对柔性生产的关键步骤进行了详细说明,总结了柔性加工单元的一般实施步骤。
Based on the flexible processing unit of connecting rod parts,the main structure of flexible machining unit is studied,the software and hardware configuration of flexible machining unit is expounded,the communication mode of field intelligent equipment and the realization method of flexible production are introduced,and the key steps of flexible production are explained in detail,and the general implementation steps of flexible processing unit are also summarized.
