实施"一带一路"战略有助于和向世界传播中国声音,也为探讨英译陇蜀民歌提供了深厚而宽广的时代背景。运用翻译界比较成熟的"功能对等理论"研究陇蜀民歌的英译问题,具有重要的现实意义和学术价值。文章结合陇蜀民歌英译实践,提出在英译陇蜀民歌的歌名时要遵循三对等原则,在翻译歌词时要重视发挥三重功能。

The One Belt One Road strategy and the spread of Chinese voices to the world provide a deep and broad background for exploring the English translation of Longshu folk songs.Applying“functional equivalence theory”considered relatively mature in the translation industry to study the problems related to the introduction of Longshu folk songs to the English world is an epochal topic,which is not only of historical significance but also of practical significance.When translating the titles of Longshu folk songs into English,we must follow the three-equality principle,and when translating the lyrics,we must pay attention to the triple functions.Longshu folk songs have obvious compound cultural characteristics,with its own unique artistic value and inherent characteristics of traditional Chinese culture.And its translation into the English world has important practical and historical significance.
