摘要 为解决故障指示器到货检测与运行检测的评价问题,提出了一种基于分层聚类的配电网故障指示器状态检测评价方法。首先提出了“3选2”的故障指示器检测原则,并基于该原则建立了故障指示器状态检测信息阵;然后建立了故障指示器状态检测单体结果表与故障指示器运行状态检测结果表,并详细描述了到货检测和运行检测的故障指示器状态检测单体设备评价方法;其次建立了故障指示器状态检测厂商结果表与故障指示器状态检测厂商设备评价值,并详细描述了故障指示器状态检测厂商设备评价方法;最后建立了故障指示器状态检测分项结果表与故障指示器状态检测分项设备评价值,并详细描述了故障指示器状态检测分项设备评价方法。文中从单体、厂商、分项3个方面对故障指示器的状态检测结果进行评价,实例分析表明该方法有效、可行,可满足现场实际需求,具有积极的意义。 In order to solve the evaluation problem of arrival detection and operation detection of fault indicators,a hierarchical clustering based state detection and evaluation method for fault indicators in distribution network is proposed.Based on the principle of"two out of three"fault indicator detection,a fault indicator status detection information matrix is established to record the result information of a single fault indicator after three times of detection.Then,a fault indicator status detection result table and a fault indicator operation status detection result table are established,and the fault indicators of arrival detection and operation detection are described in detail The evaluation method of single equipment for condition detection;secondly,the result table of fault indicator state detection manufacturer and the evaluation value of fault indicator state detection manufacturer's equipment are established,and the evaluation method of fault indicator state detection manufacturer's equipment is described in detail;finally,the result table of fault indicator state detection and the evaluation value of fault indicator state detection sub equipment are established,and the evaluation value of fault indicator state detection sub equipment is described in detail.The evaluation method of sub equipment for fault indicator state detection is presented.In this paper,the state detection results of fault indicator are evaluated from three aspects of monomer,manufacturer and item.The case analysis shows that the method is effective and feasible,which can meet the actual needs of the site and has positive significance.
