浅谈宜居视角下的老旧小区改造提升—以通州玉桥南里小区改造提升为例

On the Transformation and Upgrading of Old Residential Communities from the Perspective of Livability——Taking the renovation and upgrading of the Yuqiao Nanli Community in Tongzhou as an example

在城市发展初期所兴建的老旧小区仍有绝大部分处于使用状态,其建筑、基础设施老化,公服配套不完善,公共空间缺失,难以满足现阶段城市发展以及人们居住的高质量要求。新冠疫情让人们越来越清楚地意识到:加强公共卫生医疗体系建设的同时,人居环境应成为城市发展的重要指标。本文以北京通州玉桥南里小区改造提升实践为切入点,探讨如何在宜居的视角下实现居住舒适、绿色生态、服务便捷、安全高效、机制长效的建设目标,营造居民生活的安全感、幸福感和获得感。

Most of the old communities built in the early stages of urban development are still in use,which are facing the challenges of aging buildings and infrastructure,incomplete public services,and lacking public spaces.It is difficult to meet the current urban development and high-quality living requirements.The COVID-19 epidemic has made people increasingly aware that while strengthening the construction of the public health and medical system,the human living environment should become an important indicator of urban development.This article takes the transformation and upgrading practice of the Yuqiao Nanli community in Tongzhou,Beijing as an example,discusses how to achieve the construction goals of comfortable living,green ecology,convenient service,safety and efficiency,and long-term mechanism from the perspective of livability to create a sense of security,happiness and sense of gain of residents'life.
