摘要
本文阐述了在国际上实施EPC项目总承包时,设计管理通常会遇到的难点问题,并提出了相应解决对策。
This paper expounds the difficulties and problems in design management during implementing general contracting of international EPC projects,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
