摘要
谈到住宅产品标准化,容易让人联想到工业化和批量复制式的生产。但是,产品标准化本身是一个复杂的构建体系,如同人体的骨骼、肌肉、血管一样,是一个分层级分模块的复合体。本文从分析标杆房地产开发企业的标准化构建模式入手,对一般适用且推广落地性强的住宅产品标准化构建进行分析,并探讨创新思维在标准化体系中的实现。
When it comes to the standardization of housing products,it is easy to associate with industrialization and mass reproduction.However,product standardization itself is a complex construction system,just like human bones,muscles and blood vessels,which is a complex of hierarchical modules.Starting from the analysis of the standardization construction mode of benchmarking real estate development enterprises,this paper analyzes the standardization construction of housing products that are generally applicable and highly promotable,and discusses the realization of innovative thinking in the standardization system.
