向阳而生——南京市芳草园小学培育阳光儿童行动十年探索

摘要 在“阳光儿童教育”办学理念的引领下,南京市芳草园小学提出“为儿童设计,让儿童管理,给儿童展示”的德育主张,聚焦校园里“人”的成长。十年间,学校致力于阳光儿童的培育和阳光儿童生活行动的构建,展开了一系列的探索与实践,搭建了以“能豆豆议事会”儿童校园成长机制为载体,以“阳光校本节日”“相约星期一”“模拟联合国”“六年多读一百本”“芳草成长典礼”五大课程为依托的成长框架,为儿童成长提供了丰富的可能性,为德育注入了鲜活的生命气息。 Under the guidance of the school-running concept of“Sunshine Chil dren's Education”,Nanjing Fangcaoyuan Primary School puts forward the moral education proposition of“design for children,let children manage,and show children”,focusing on the growth of“people”on campus.In the past ten years,the school has been committed to the cultivation of sunshine children and the construction of sunshine children's life actions,and has carried out a series of exploration and practice,establishing the“Nengdoudou Council”children's campus growth mechanism as the carrier,the“sunshine school-based festival”,“Meet on Monday”,“Model United Nations”,“Read more than 100 books in six years,”and“Fangcaoyuan Growth Ceremony”based on the growth framework.All can provide rich possibilities for children's growth and inject freshness into moral education.
