摘要
小学生自我导向学习强调主体参与、方法能力和认知责任。作为重要的建设性互动伙伴,教师要采用个性化的教学策略来适应学生在自我导向性上的状态,以兴趣为起点,持续增强内驱力;以方法为要素,培育提升学习力;以约定为载体,磨砺养成自控力,赋予学生学习的能量和能力,激励、支持学生展开自我导向学习。
Pupils'self-directed learning emphasizes subject participation,method ability and cognitive responsibility.As an important constructive interactive partner,teachers should adopt personalized teaching strategies to adapt to students'self-directed state,starting from interest,and continuously enhancing internal drive;using methods as elements to cultivate and improve learning ability.It serves as a carrier to sharpen and develop self-control,give students the energy and ability to learn,and encourage and support students to start self-directed learning.
