摘要
学生的才艺发展,是学生个性化成长、幸福成长的重要目标之一。学校可通过指导学生进行才艺发展的规划制订、构建助力系统和评价系统,让学生主动参与到才艺课程的设计中来,并在课程开发、组织、实施的过程中,引导学生发现幸福、感受幸福、形成幸福感,提升生命的价值。
The realization of students'talents is an important goal for the growth of colorful students'personality and happiness.Through the establishment of goal planning for talent realization,the construction of the assistance system for talent realization,and the construction of the evaluation system for talent realization,students actively participate in the design of talent realization courses,and students are guided to discover and feel happiness in the course of course development,organization and implementation,forming a sense of happiness and enhancing the value of life.
