摘要
“教科研训一体”是南京市鼓楼区教师发展中心近年来开展工作的主体思想。区教师发展中心从组织架构、目标导向、机制创新等方面真正落实“四位一体”:学习资源中心提供信息技术支撑力量,中学研训部、小学研训部、幼教研训部实现科研、教研、培训融合的业务职能,夯实多元开放研训体系,并通过课题、课程、课堂等载体实现“教科研训一体”的最大效能。
"Integration of teaching,research and training"is the main idea of the work carried out by the Teacher Development Center of Gulou District,Nanjing in recent years.The District Teacher Development Center truly implements the“four in one”in terms of organizational structure,goal orientation,and mechanism innovation:the learning resource center provides information technology support.The middle school research and training department,elementary school research and training department,and preschool education research and training department realize integrated functions of scientific research,teaching research,and training,consolidating a diversified open research and training system,thus achieving the maximum effectiveness of"teaching,research and training"through subjects,courses,classrooms and other carriers.
