摘要
“四位一体”培训模式,即“问题导向一量身定制一任务驱动一绩效改进”模式,它是以教师面临的真实问题为导向,量身定制培训方案,将外部压力和教师自身专业发展的内在驱动力结合起来,关注回到教师岗位后工作业绩的提升。基于“四位一体”培训模式理念,研究人员对参加江苏省省级培训的中学教师学员进行抽样调查,发现培训的针对性尚需进一步加强;培训的压力感偏弱,部分学员参训动力不足;培训具有较好的绩效提升作用,但承训单位对培训的后期跟踪关注不够。由此,需要承训基地边调研边调整方案,提高培训针对性;内驱外压双管齐下,激发教师参训积极性;建立培训长效机制,关注教师终身发展;完善承训基地“智库”作用,为教师专业发展提供政策参考。
The“fbur-in-one”training model,that is,the“problem-oriented,tailor-made,task-driven,and performance improvement”model,is based on the real problems faced by teachers,tailored training programs.It combines the external pressure and teachers'internal driving forces of professional development and focus on the improvement of work performance after returning to the teacher post.Based on the concept of the"four in one"training model,the researchers conducted a sample survey of middle school teachers who participated in Jiangsu provincial training and found that the pertinence of the training needs to be further strengthened;the pressure of training is weak,and some trainees are motivated to participate in the training insu fficiently;training has a good performance improvement effect,but the trainers have not paid enough attention to the later tracking of training.Therefore,it is necessary for the training base to adjust the plan while investigating to improve the pertinence of training;both internal drive and external pressure to stimulate teachers'enthusiasm for training;establish a long-term training mechanism to focus on the life-long development of teachers;improve the role of the training base as a“think tank”,and provide policy reference for teachers'professional development.
