名师走校:区域优质教育资源共享的创新路径

Famous Teachers’Guidance for School:an Innovative Way to Share Regional High-quality Educational Resources

摘要 名师走校是促进区域优质教育资源共享,实现学校治理体系现代化和教师管理区域化的一项重要战略举措。基于教师角色转型、双向择选、待遇驱动的考量,名师走校呈现出内容多维、标准适切、流程规范的系统化样态。在实践中,需要组织、经费、激励政策等多方保障,进一步促进区域教育优质均衡发展。 Famous teachers’guidance for school is an important strategic measure to promote the sharing of regional high-quality educational resources,to realize the modernization of the school governance system and the regionalization of teacher management.Based on the consideration of teacher’s role transformation,two-way selection,and salary-driven considerations,the famous teachers’guidance for school shows a systematic manner with multi-dimensional content,appropriate standards,and standardized processes.In practice,multiple guarantees such as organization,funding,and incentive policies are needed to further revitalize the high-quality and balanced development of regional education.
