中学成长导师制的探索与实践

摘要 中学成长导师制是结合中学生学习、生活、心理等方面的特点,针对个性差异,凝聚教育合力,进行全方位个别化指导的一种教育培养模式。扬州市邗江区实验学校成长导师制的推行,包括宣传启动、导师选任、形成导学模型三个环节,并有系列措施作保障。实践中还需要解决有效提升成长导师的专业素养,正确评价、考核成长导师的工作绩效等问题。 Middle school growth tutor system is an education and training mode that combines the characteristics of middle school students’learning,life,psychology,etc.,and focuses on individual differences,condenses education,and provides comprehensive and individual guidance.The promotion includes three alternatives,including the launch of publicity,the selection of tutors,and the formation of a learning guidance model,with a series of measures as guarantee.In practice,it is also necessary to solve the problems of effectively improving the professional quality of growth tutors,correct evaluation,and assessing the work performance of growth tutors.
