摘要
为进一步提高风力发电机核心部件偏航轴承和变桨轴承的生产效率,针对使用的特大型转盘轴承径向油孔加工工艺特殊的特点,研制了特大型转盘轴承径向油孔数控钻床。基于台达PLC和人机界面作为控制系统,使用位置控制完成钻孔、分度、攻丝的工作循环,提高了加工精度和生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。该设备每日可加工轴承40余套,年产值超过1千万元。
In order to improve the production efficiency of the key components of wind turbines involving pitch and yaw bearings,a CNC drilling machine for radial oil holes of extra-large size slewing bearing was developed in accordance with the characteristics of machining process for radial oil holes of extra-largesize slewing bearing.The control system of the machine was on the basis of Delta’s PLC and human machine interface.The working cycle which consists ofdrilling,indexing and tapping could be accomplished by using positioning control,which could not only increase machining accuracy and production efficiency,but also reduce the labour intensity.The equipment has the ability to process more than 40 sets of bearings everyday,the annual output value exceeds 10 millionyuan.
