摘要
在变电站的扩建改造时,需要对变电站进行停电处理,对社会正常的生活、生产秩序造成一定的损失。从安全专业的角度,在分析电网间吊装作业特点的基础上,将实际电网间距按1∶5的比例建立吊机模型,设计了适合输变电设备吊装的无线小型移动吊车专用设备,并开发了移动终端APP控制系统,实现了输变电设备吊装过程的可视化和智能化。
In the expansion and reconstruction of the substation,it is necessary to deal with the power failure of the substation,which will cause certain losses to the normal social life and production order.From the perspective of safety specialty,based on the analysis of the characteristics of hoisting operation between power grids,the crane model was established according to the ratio of 1∶5 between the actual power grids,and the special equipment of wireless small mobile crane suitable for the hoisting of power transmission and transformation equipment was designed,and the mobile terminal APP control system was developed,which realized the visualization and intelligence of the hoisting process of power transmission and transformation equipment.
