摘要
为提高汽车冷却泵温度控制系统的响应速度和温度调节精度,在传统PID控制不能满足需求的情况下,提出用于汽车冷却泵温度控制的模糊PID算法。加入了模糊规则,可以实现PID参数的自动调节。确定传递函数,在Matlab中进行功能仿真,对输出模糊PID温度控制曲线与传统PID比较并分析。仿真实验结果表明模糊PID控制在调节精度、响应速度等方面相比于传统PID控制效果有明显提高。
In order to improve the response speed and temperature regulation accuracy of the temperature control system of the automobile cooling pump,a fuzzy PID algorithm for the temperature control of the automobile cooling pump was proposed when the traditional PID control can not meet the requirements.By adding fuzzy rules,PID parameters can be adjusted automatically.The transfer function was determined and the function was simulated in Matlab.The temperature control curve of fuzzy PID was compared with that of traditional PID.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control in the regulation accuracy,response speed and other aspects of the traditional PID control effect has been significantly improved.
