摘要
研究一种基于西门子S7-1200 PLC控制及以太网通讯的列车独立空调控制系统模拟设计。该设计从电气控制系统的总体方案、硬件、软件等方面提高高铁动车独立空调的可维护性和独立性;彻底改变传统列车空调的控制方式,并利用软硬件组合的方式降低成本,达到节能、高效的目的。从模拟的调试过程中可知,此设计拥有手动、自动2种模式,结构简单、操作便捷,可以更好地展现各个模拟空调部件运行的独立性,以达到人们的需求。
A simulation design of train independent air conditioning control system based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC control and Ethernet communication was studied.The design improves the maintainability and independence of the independent air conditioning system of high-speed railway from the overall scheme,hardware,software and other aspects of the electrical control system,changes the control mode of the traditional train air conditioning,and uses the combination of software and hardware to reduce the cost,so as to achieve the goal of energy saving and high efficiency.From the simulation debugging process,the design has two modes of manual and automatic,with simple structure and convenient operation,which can better show the independence of each simulated air conditioning component,so as to meet the needs of people.
