燃气热水器性能随海拔变化的理论计算及实验验证

摘要 通过海拔、空气组分、温湿度等因素的影响,推导出燃气热水器的热负荷自然衰减比率、整机风压值变化和烟气中氧含量值3个重要性能的理论计算公式。在佛山和昆明进行了实地测试,将理论值与测量结果进行比较,3个参数的误差分别低至0.1%、1 Pa和0.34%。实践证明该理论计算公式模拟燃气热水器不同地区的性能可行,进而指导燃气热水器在设计过程中的不断改进。 Based on the influence of altitude,air composition,temperature and humidity,the theoretical calculation formulas of natural attenuation ratio of heat load,variation of air pressure value and oxygen content in flue gas of gas water heater were derived.Field tests were carried out in Foshan and Kunming,and the theoretical values were compared with the measured results.The errors of the three parameters were as low as 0.1%,1 Pa and 0.34%.It is proved that the theoretical calculation formula is feasible to simulate the performance of gas water heater in different areas,and guide the continuous improvement of gas water heater in the design process.
