炼油废水电催化处理装置的设计与开发

摘要 为了处理石油炼化企业的炼化废水达到规定的排放标准,设计一套全自动电催化氧化控制系统。该系统使用西门子S7-1200作为主控制器,通过流量开关与温度传感器作为监测设备,驱动直流电源柜对浸入废水中的电极板放电,进行电催化反应,并通过触摸屏作为人机交互接口对系统实时反馈。经使用,将废水中的化学需氧量降低至300 mg/L,满足排放要求,保护环境。 In order to treat the refinery wastewater of petroleum refining and chemical enterprises to meet the specified discharge standards,a set of automatic electrocatalytic oxidation control system was designed.The system uses Siemens S7-1200 as the main controller,uses the flow switch and temperature sensor as the monitoring equipment,drives the DC power cabinet to discharge the electrode plate immersed in the wastewater,carries out the electrocatalytic reaction,and uses the touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface to feed back the system in real time.After using,the COD in the wastewater was reduced to300 mg/L to meet the discharge requirements and protect the environment.
