摘要
曳引轮的曳引能力对电梯安全运行具有重要意义。分析了电梯在轿厢装载工况、紧急制动工况和轿厢滞留工况下应满足的曳引条件。介绍了轮槽特征角度的激光位移检测原理,在此基础上以轮槽型式为半圆形的曳引轮为计算实例,对轮槽曳引系数、曳引轮两侧钢丝绳拉力比进行了计算,并对3种不同工况下轮槽曳引条件进行了分析。结果表明,该曳引轮可满足轿厢装载工况和轿厢滞留工况下曳引条件,不满足紧急制动工况下曳引条件。
The traction ability of the traction wheel is of great significance to the safe operation of the elevator.The traction conditions that the elevator should meet under the conditions of car loading,emergency braking and car detention were analyzed.The laser displacement detection principle of the characteristic angles of the wheel groove was introduced.Taking the semi-circular traction wheel as the calculation example,the traction coefficient of the wheel groove and the tension ratio of the wire ropes on both sides of the traction wheel were calculated,and the wheel grooves traction conditionsunder three different working conditions were analyzed.The results showed that the traction wheel can meet the traction conditions of car loading and car detention conditions,and can not meet the traction conditions of emergency braking conditions.
