摘要
根据制冷机房现场的施工条件,应用BIM技术进行深化设计。将制冷机房循环水泵施工划分成多个单元模块,根据设计好的图纸在机房外提前做加工、组装等工作。当现场具备安装条件时,再将循环水泵单元模块整体地运输到现场再直接进行装配,以减少现场焊接量。同时,在优化管线排布、模块运输、吊装就位、现场定位等多方面总结一些经验,为后续同类工程施工提供一定的参考依据。
According to the site construction conditions of the refrigeration machine room,BIM technology was applied to carry out in-depth design.The construction of the circulating water pump in the refrigeration machine room was divided into a plurality of unit modules.According to the designed drawings,processing,assembly and other work were carried out in advance outside the machine room.When the site has the installation conditions,the unit modules of the circulating water pump were transported to the site as a whole and then directly assembled,so as to reduce the welding quantity on the site.At the same time,some experiences were summarized in optimizing the pipeline arrangement,module transportation,hoisting in place,site positioning and other aspects,providing certain reference basis for the subsequent similar engineering construction.
