摘要
抽蓄机组轴电流保护动作原因较为复杂,因飞摆过速装置导致轴电流保护动作尚属首次。介绍了一起抽蓄机组轴电流保护动作的事故,通过分析排查,确定故障原因为飞摆过速装置万向轴与过速装置本体连接处锁紧顶丝松动,造成万向轴下沉并与飞摆过速装置底座发生摩擦接地。介绍事故处理过程,提出了防控措施,对同类型机组运行维护工作具有借鉴意义。
The reason of shaft current protection action of pumped storage unit is more complex,and it is the first time that the shaft current protection operation is caused by centrifugal pendulumAn accident of shaft current protection operation of the pumping and storage unit was introduced.Through analysis,it is determined that the cause of the fault is that the locking screw and the cardan shaft sinks and rubs against the base of centrifugal pendulum.The process of accident treatment and puts forward the prevention and control measures were introduced,which can be used for reference for the operation and maintenance of the same type of units.
