摘要
导向套在矿用液压支架中发挥着重要作用,因此必须具备有较好的力学性能。导向套通常需要进行锻造加工,对传统的锻造工艺进行分析后发现其存在变形不均匀和材料利用率低的缺陷。对于存在的问题,提出针对性的措施,主要是使用组合模具,减小冲孔直径、增加两道扩孔工序。锻造工艺的优化不仅为企业创造了较好的经济效益,同时使导向套的力学性能有了显著提升。
Guide sleeve plays an important role in mining hydraulic support,so it must have good mechanical properties.The guide sleeve usually needs to be forged.After analyzing the traditional forging process,it is found that the deformation is uneven and the material utilization rate is low.For the existing problems,the corresponding measures were put forward,mainly using the combined die,reducing the punching diameter and increasing two reaming processes.The optimization of forging process not only creates good economic benefits for enterprises,but also improves the mechanical properties of guide sleeve significantly.
