基于“125”方法的线损精益化管理研究与实践

Research and Practice of Line Loss Lean Management Based on“125”Method

线损是电力网供售电过程中损失的电量,是影响电网公司运营经济性的重要因素之一,其精益化管理有助于减少电网公司的经济损失。随着智能电表与低压集抄两个全覆盖的实现,基于全自动采集数据的同期线损统计功能的建成应用,以及高水平计量自主运维体系的逐步构建,为线损精细化分析提供了数据基础。基于此,提出"1个工作目标,2个管理手段,5个工作步骤"的线损管理方法,通过"125"方法构建常态化的闭环工作机制进行线损精益化管理,并对所提方法进行应用验证分析。

Line loss is the loss of electricity in the process of power supply and sale,and it is one of the important factors that affect the operation economy of power grid companies.Its lean management helps to reduce the economic loss of power grid companies.With the realization of the two full coverage of intelligent meter and low-voltage centralized reading,the application of the line loss statistics function based on the automatic data collection in the same period and the gradual construction of the high-level measurement independent operation and maintenance system provide the data foundation for the fine analysis of line loss.Based on this,the line loss management method of"1 work objective,2 management means and 5 work steps"was put forward.Through the"125"method,a normalized closed-loop working mechanism was constructed to carry out the line loss lean management,and the application of the proposed method was verified and analyzed.
