摘要 为了提高抽水蓄能电站地下厂房洞室群的施工效率,对其机械化施工进行了研究。根据洞室群具体结构与施工强度要求,对施工机械设备进行选型,提出立体多层平行开挖的机械化施工方案,以确保厂房的开挖施工工期。针对人工投入、综合工效比以及开挖成本,对单台车方案与双台车方案进行对比分析。经过对比分析得到,单台车方案在人工投入与开挖成本方面具有明显优势;在综合工效比方面,双台车方案由于设备配置能力过剩的问题,优势并不明显。经过综合考虑,单台车方案为本工程最佳、最合理施工机械配置方案。 In order to improve the construction efficiency of underground powerhouse cavern group of pumped storage power station,its mechanized construction was studied.According to the specific structure and construction intensity requirements of the cavern group,the construction machinery and equipment were selected,and the mechanized construction scheme of three-dimensional multi-layer parallel excavation was proposed to ensure the excavation construction period of the powerhouse.According to the labor input,comprehensive work efficiency ratio and excavation cost,the single trolley scheme and the double trolley scheme were compared and analyzed.Through comparative analysis,the single trolley scheme has obvious advantages in terms of labor input and excavation cost;in terms of comprehensive efficiency ratio,the advantage of double trolley scheme is not obvious due to the problem of excess equipment configuration capacity.After comprehensive consideration,the single trolley scheme is the best and most reasonable construction machinery configuration scheme of the project.
