基于城市触媒理论的福州市南街街区活化更新策略

Activation and Renewal Strategies of South Street Block of Fuzhou Based on Urban Catalyst Theory

文章通过借鉴中医针灸学原理形成城市针灸这一特殊的触媒类型,以福州市南街街区为例将城市触媒理论引入城市街区的活化更新中;从交通网络及空间结构两方面对南街街区进行活化研究,并针对街区的城市病症提出关于街道空间、住区外环境空间及灰空间的活化更新策略,实现南街街区结构完整、人气提升和资源共享,为城市街区的更新提供新思路。

By referring to the principle of acupuncture,the traditional Chinese medicine,this paper introduces the theory of urban catalyst into the activation and renewal of urban blocks with the case study of South Street Block of Fuzhou.The activation of the South Street Block is studied from two aspects of the traffic network and the spatial structure,and the activation and renewal strategies are proposed for the street space,the environmental space outside the living area and the gray space to solve the urban problems existing in blocks,so as to realize the structural integrity,popularity rising and resource sharing of the South Street Block.It is hoped that this study will provide new ideas for the urban block renewal.
