国内外教育信息化发展规划政策的对比分析 被引量:8

摘要 随着信息技术的快速发展,以教育信息化全面带动教育现代化是应对信息时代全球教育发展挑战的战略抉择。借鉴国外教育信息化发展规划政策的丰富经验,可为我国教育信息化的战略制定和实践发展提供重要参考。基于此,文章首先了构建了由政策主体、政策愿景、推进路径三个维度组成的国内外教育信息化发展规划政策比较框架。随后,文章分别从这三个维度,对美国、英国、新加坡、日本、法国、欧盟与我国的教育信息化发展规划政策进行了对比分析。最后,文章针对我国教育信息化发展规划的制定与推进提出了相关建议,以期为我国教育信息化的顶层设计提供参考。 With the rapid development of information technology,comprehensively driving the educational modernization with educational informationization is a strategic choice to meet the challenges of global educational development in the information age.Drawing on the rich experience of foreign educational informationization development planning policies could provide important reference for the strategic formulation and practical development of educational informationization at home.Based on this,this paper firstly constructed a comparison framework of educational informationization development planning policies at home and abroad from three dimensions of policy subject,policy vision,and promotion path.Then,the educational informationization development planning policies in the United States,Britain,Singapore,Japan,France,the European Union and China were compared and analyzed.Finally,relevant suggestions for the formulation and promotion of educational informationization development planning policies at home were proposed,expecting to provide reference for the top-level design of educational informationization in our country.
