摘要
教师与学生之间及时、有效的交互行为,是保障教学效果和教学质量的重要前提。文章根据"学习共同体"理论提出了混合式教学设计的双向互馈原则,并以加涅九段教学法为主线,基于授课环节的课前、课堂、课后三个阶段和辅导环节的共性、弱共性、个性三个问题层次,对师生交互行为进行了设计,提出了双向互馈混合式教学模式。此外,文章以大学数学公共基础课程为例,对双向互馈混合式教学模式进行了两轮教学实践,结果表明:通过多回合的"激励—反馈—回馈",此模式有效地提高了学生的学习效果,且学生的满意度较高。因此,此模式可在大学数学公共基础课程教学中予以推广,并为其它课程教学提供理论参考。
The timely and effective interaction between teachers and students is an important premise to guarantee the teaching effect and teaching quality.Based on the"learning community"theory,this paper proposed the two-way feedback principle of blended teaching design.Meanwhile,by taking Gagne’s nine events of teaching as the mainline,the interactive behaviors between teachers and students was designed based on the three stages of"pre-class,in class,post-class in the teaching session and the three problem levels of"generality,weak generality,individuality"in the counseling session,and further a"two-way feedback"blended teaching model was constructed.In addition,by taking the public elementary course of university mathematics as the example,two rounds of teaching practices of the two-way feedback blended teaching model were carried out.The results showed that through multi-rounds of"motivation-feedback-refeedback",this model significantly improved the teaching quality,and students’satisfaction degree was also high.Therefore,this teaching model could be popularized in the teaching of the public elementary course of university mathematics and provide theoretical reference for the teaching of other courses.
