某超限建筑裙房结构设计分析

摘要 以某超高层建筑的东侧裙房为例,介绍了塔楼与裙房之间抗震缝设置的情况;针对东裙房,介绍了其超限判断情况及对此类超限建筑制订的抗震性能目标。通过小震、中震、大震的结构计算分析,找出结构的薄弱位置,根据不同位置的结构构件制订不同的性能水准满足既定抗震性能目标的实现。对某些抗震不利位置,如大跨度框架、大悬挑位置支撑柱、大全悬挑梁、越层柱及穿层柱等均提高其抗震性能目标。对结构整体计算参数中的周期、位移角、楼层刚度比、框架承担的地震倾覆弯矩比等参数均做了比较详细的介绍。同时对5层电影院楼板不连续位置做了应力分析。对以后此类超限结构工程具有一定的参考价值。 Taking the eastern podium of a super high-rise building as an example,the situation of the seismic joints between the tower and the podium is introduced. For the east podium,the over-judgment judgment and seismic performance goals formulated of such over-limit buildings are introduced. Through structural analysis of small earthquakes,medium earthquakes,and large earthquakes,find the weak positions of the structure,and formulate different performance levels according to the structural members at different positions to meet the achievement of the established seismic performance goals. For some seismically unfavorable positions,such as large-span frames,support columns with large overhang positions,Daquan cantilever beams,over-story columns and through-story columns all improve their seismic performance goals. The parameters such as period,displacement angle,floor stiffness ratio,and seismic overturning moment ratio undertaken by the frame in the overall structure calculation parameters are introduced in detail.At the same time,the stress analysis of the discontinuous position of the five-story movie theater floor was done.It has certain reference value for future such over-limit structural projects.
