According to the actual situation of a prefabricated residential project in Hunan,on the basis of a brief description of the modular system,the BIM design and combination of its architecture,structure,and equipment are analyzed,and collaborative design and house splitting methods are proposed as similar projects BIM design provides a reliable reference.
