发电机转子轮毂倒立烧嵌施工技术

摘要 中小型立轴悬式水轮机需在现场完成发电机转子轮毂与转轴现场烧嵌施工,其转子中心体、转轴尺寸、重量限制了运输条件,分件运至现场进行烧嵌施工。一般高水头电站均为地下厂房,转子轮毂、转轴高度较高,作为地下厂房洞室开挖的基准参考数据,增加了地下洞室开挖工程量。另外,造成烧嵌困难或反复加温烧嵌。对此,去学水电站依托工程实际,将转子轮毂烧嵌工位调整在机组机坑内,解决了实际工程中转子轮毂烧嵌施工困难、地下厂房洞室开挖高度限制等2个技术难题,并采用倒立烧嵌的施工工艺,成功完成2台发电机转子轮毂在机坑内的烧嵌施工。 Small and medium-sized vertical shaft suspension turbines need to complete the on-site burning and embedding construction of the generator rotor hub and rotating shaft. The rotor center body,rotating shaft size and weight limit the transportation conditions. Generally,high-water head power stations are underground powerhouses with high rotor hubs and rotating shafts. As the reference data for the excavation of underground powerhouse caverns,the amount of underground cavern excavation works has been greatly increased. In addition,it causes difficulty in embedding or repeated heating and embedding. To this end,relying on the reality of the project,Quxue Hydropower Station adjusted the rotor hub burning and embedding station in the machine pit,which solved two technical problems,such as the difficulty of rotor hub burning and embedding construction in the actual project,and the limitation of the excavation height of the underground plant cavity,using the construction technology of inverted burning and embedding,the burning and embedding construction of 2 generator rotor hubs in the machine pit was successfully completed.
