狭小边岛型驾驶室集成优化设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 某艇采用边岛型上层建筑,驾驶室空间狭小,人员编制少,驾驶室航行资源较为有限,需要在较小的空间内通过较少人员来完成航行操纵,保障航行安全。在采用先进技术理念、优化体系结构和保障航行安全的前提下,充分考虑“集成优化”和“一人驾驶安全策略”,完成适应狭小边岛型驾驶室条件、符合航行操纵条件的紧凑型驾驶室布局及驾控台的设计与优化研究。对驾驶室进行三维建模,并对驾驶室视域和盲区、窗、空间布置及驾控台等进行了三维虚拟评估,对不满足驾驶室人机环境标准的指标进行分析,并提出改进建议。根据人机环境评估结果表明,改进后的方案满足驾驶室作业空间和视域的人机工程设计基本要求。 A boat with the side-island superstructure has narrow wheelhouse and small staff establishment.The navigation resources of the wheelhouse are relatively limited,and it is necessary to manoeuvre with fewer people in a small space to ensure the navigation safety.The integrated optimization and one-man driving safety strategy are fully considered to complete the design and optimization of the compact layout of the wheelhouse and the bridge that are adapted to the narrow side-island condition and meet the maneuverability condition by adopting the advanced technology concepts,optimizing the system structure and ensuring the navigation safety.It carries out the three-dimensional modeling of the wheelhouse,and the three-dimensional virtual evaluation of the visual fi eld and blind area,windows,space layout and bridge of the wheelhouse.The indicators that do not meet the standard of the human-machine environment of the wheelhouse are analyzed,and some suggestions to be improved are offered.The assessment of the human-machine environment shows that the improved scheme can meet the basic requirements for the ergonomic design of the operation space and the visual field of the wheelhouse.
