磁共振与CT在急性胰腺炎诊断中影像学表现及检出率比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振与CT在急性胰腺炎检查中影像学表现及检出率差异。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月我院诊断胰腺炎55例,患者就诊3d时间内实施相应磁共振检查和CT检查,两种不同检验手段的检查时间间隔在24h内,观察影像学特征;比较诊断准确率、胰周渗液、胰周结构、胰腺体积改变,胰腺轮廓改变。结果:急性胰炎均具有一定的CT及磁共振表现特征,磁共振检查诊断准确率98.18%、胰周渗液80.00%、胰周结构改变36.36%高于CT检查87.27%、54.54%、20.00%(χ^2=4.411,8.974,5.543,P<0.05);两种检查方式胰腺体积改变72.73vs78.18%,胰腺轮廓改变70.91%vs76.36%比较无差异(χ^2=0.442,0.501,P>0.05)。结论:核磁共振和CT检查在急性胰炎诊断中均能够起到一定的效果,但磁共振的诊断准确率相对高于CT,能使急性胰炎患者得到及时有效的治疗,应在临床上推广使用。 Objective To investigate difference of imageology and detection rate between MRI and CT examination pancreatitis.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,pancreatitis patients 55 cases in our hospital were selected as research objects,The corresponding MRI and CT examination were carried out within 3 days,The inspection interval of two different inspection methods was within 24 hours.The imaging characteristics were observed.The diagnostic accuracy,peripancreatic exudate,peripancreatic structure,pancreatic volume and pancreatic contour were compared.Result Acute pancreatitis had certain CT and MRI features.MRI diagnostic accuracy 98.18%,peripancreatic exudate 80.00%,peripancreatic structural changes36.36%were higher than CT 87.27%,54.54%,20.00%(χ^2=4.411,8.974,5.543,P<0.05).Two inspection Methods pancreas volume changed 72.73 vs 78.18%,pancreatic contour changes70.91%vs76.36%comparison no difference(χ^2=0.442,0.501,P>0.05).Conclusion MRI and CT can play a certain role in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,but the diagnostic accuracy of MRI is relatively higher than that of CT,which can make patients with acute pancreatitis get timely and effective treatment,which should be widely used in clinical practice.
