摘要
南宁市邕宁区是常受洪涝灾害影响的地区,近年来,随着城镇化的推进和土地利用情况的变化,当地洪涝灾害的易损性也发生变化。本文利用南宁市邕宁区2005年和2015年的高分辨率遥感影像和灾害损失统计数据,使用层次分析法建立模型,对洪涝灾害承灾体的易损性进行研究。结果表明,随着邕宁区城镇化建设的不断开展,区内建设用地面积增加,而建设用地面积的变化与洪涝灾害易损性指数有一定的相关性。因此,人们要明确土地利用对洪涝灾害易损性的影响,以更好地防灾减灾,稳步推进城镇化建设。
The Yongning District of Nanning City is an area often affected by floods,in recent years,with the advancement of urbanization and changes in land use,the vulnerability of local floods has also changed.This paper uses the high-resolution remote sensing images and disaster loss statistical data of the Yongning District of Nanning City in 2005 and 2015,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish a model to study the vulnerability of flood disaster-bearing bodies.The results show that with the continuous development of urbanization in Yongning District,the area of construction land in the area has increased,and the change of construction land area has a certain correlation with the flood disaster vulnerability index.Therefore,people must clarify the impact of land use on the vulnerability of flood disasters in order to better prevent and reduce disasters,and steadily promote urbanization.
