摘要
在火电机组运行过程中,煤炭的工业分析指标是燃烧调整、锅炉热平衡计算、热效率和煤耗评估的重要依据,也是检验煤炭质量和煤炭计价的重要依据。本文运用统计学方法,对煤炭的工业分析数据(如挥发分、灰分等)进行分析和计算,使其与实测值相互校验,保证工业分析数据真实可靠。
During the operation of thermal power units,industrial analysis indicators of coal are an important basis for combustion adjustment,boiler heat balance calculation,thermal efficiency and coal consumption evaluation,as well as an important basis for testing coal quality and coal pricing.This paper uses statistical methods to analyze and calculate the industrial analysis data(such as volatile content,ash,etc.)of coal,so that it can be verified with the measured value to ensure that the industrial analysis data is true and reliable.
