巢湖流域水环境治理回顾与展望

Review and Prospect of Water Environment Control in Chaohu Lake Basin

巢湖作为我国著名湖泊,具有航运、人文景观、生态和经济等价值。目前,巢湖面临巨大的水环境问题,存在生态环境恶化、蓝藻容易爆发和富营养化等情况。虽然人们对巢湖进行针对性的治理,但是治理仍存在不足。巢湖流域治理应当加强政府的主导作用,提高管理机构能力,做到管理与治理并重,加强生态修复建设和农业污染研究,控制农业污染,开展多元治理,最终营造巢湖保护的新局面。

As a famous lake in my country,Chaohu Lake has shipping,cultural landscape,ecological and economic values.At present,Chaohu Lake is facing huge water environment problems,such as the deterioration of the ecological environment,the easy outbreak of cyanobacteria and eutrophication.Although people carry out targeted management of Chaohu Lake,there are still deficiencies in the governance.The governance of the Chaohu Lake basin should strengthen the government’s leading role,improve the capacity of management institutions,achieve equal emphasis on management and governance,strengthen ecological restoration and agricultural pollution research,control agricultural pollution,carry out diversified governance,and ultimately create a new situation for Chaohu protection.
