摘要
本文介绍了某化工厂低温甲醇洗尾气处理的工艺选择、系统流程及主要设备选型。其间通过分析尾气处理常用的各工艺方案的特性,论述了水洗吸收法对温甲醇洗尾气中VOCs气体甲醇的脱除效果,以期为低温甲醇洗尾气CO2产品气净化相关工程提供参考。研究表明,水洗吸收法能有效脱除低温甲醇洗尾气中的VOCs气体甲醇,实现达标排放和稳定运行。
This paper introduced the process selection,system flow and main equipment selection of low-temperature methanol washing tail gas treatment in a chemical plant.In the meantime,by analyzing the characteristics of various process schemes commonly used in tail gas treatment,the effect of water washing absorption method on the removal of VOCs gas methanol from warm methanol scrubbing tail gas was discussed,in order to provide reference for the purification of lowtemperature methanol washing tail gas CO2 product gas.Studies have shown that the water scrubbing absorption method can effectively remove the VOCs gas methanol in the low-temperature methanol washing tail gas,achieving up-to-standard emissions and stable operation.
