新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情医院工勤人员感控培训

Novel Coronavirus Infection Control Training for Hospital Staff during the Epidemic

目的新型冠状病毒疫情期间针对医院工勤人员进行相关培训,预防院内感染的发生。方法对某院94名工勤人员进行感控专项培训,对培训前、培训后分别进行理论及操作考核。结果通过培训,医院工勤人员的感控知识得分由37.34±8.66分提升至84.60±3.94分,感控知识明显提高;戴口罩、七步洗手法、穿脱隔离衣操作合格率由43.62%、37.23%和2.13%提升至100%、90.43%和76.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过专项培训提高了工勤人员的感控能力,规范标准工作流程和操作,在新型冠状病毒疫情期间降低医院内传播风险。

Objective To provide relevant training for hospital staff and prevent nosocomial infection dur⁃ing COVID-19 epidemic.Methods A special infection control training was conducted for 94 workers in a hospi⁃tal,and theoretical and operational assessments were conducted before and after the training.Results Through training,the infection control knowledge scores of the hospital staff were increased from 37.34±8.66 points to 84.60±3.94 points,and the infection control knowledge was significantly improved.The qualification rate of mask wear⁃ing,seven-step washing,and wearing and removing isolation clothes increased from 43.62%,37.23%and 2.13%to 100%,90.43%and 76.69%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Through special training,the infection control ability of the staff was improved,the standard workflow and operation were standardized,and the risk of virus transmission in the hospital was reduced during the COVID-19 epidemic.
