摘要
结合医院一院两区运营管理实践,总结探讨医院推进一院两区运营管理的主要做法及取得成效,以期不断改进,实现医疗资源合理配置,降低运营成本,提高管理效能,统筹规划,协调发展。
Combined with the operation management practices of the two districts of our hospital,we summa⁃rized the main methods and results of the operation management of one hospital with two districts,with a view to con⁃tinuously improving to realize reasonable allocation of medical resources,reduce operating costs,improve management efficiency,and realize overall planning and coordination development.
