静电纺超细纤维选择性去除烟气苯酚和巴豆醛的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以卷烟纸嘴棒压纹纸和醋酸纤维丝束为载体,在其表面静电纺喷覆功能材料(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和PVP/聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)质量比11)制成卷烟滤棒,并与功能材料涂布压纹纸、喷洒醋酸纤维丝束制成的滤棒进行对比,考察其卷烟滤棒材料对烟气苯酚和巴豆醛的去除效果。结果表明:相同相对分子质量的PVP,以乙醇为溶剂静电纺超细纤维制成的卷烟滤棒对苯酚去除效果优于以水为溶剂的,且以乙醇为溶剂时相对分子质量为360000的PVP K90静电纺超细纤维对苯酚去除效果优于相对分子质量40000的PVP K30;功能材料以静电纺超细纤维喷覆在载体上制成的卷烟滤棒对苯酚、巴豆醛去除效果优于以涂布、喷洒方式负载在载体上的;在压纹纸上喷覆静电纺PVP超细纤维制成的卷烟滤棒对苯酚的去除率为29.51%,喷覆静电纺PVP/PEI超细纤维对巴豆醛的去除率为23.19%;在醋酸纤维丝束上喷覆静电纺PVP超细纤维制成的卷烟滤棒对苯酚的去除率为32.21%,喷覆静电纺PVP/PEI超细纤维对巴豆醛的去除率为26.40%。 Cigarette tips using embossed paper and cellulose acetate tow as carriers electrospun with functional materials(polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)and polyvinylpyrrolidone/polyethylenimine(PVP/PEI)with a mass ratio of 11)were compared with those made of embossed paper coated with functional materials and cellulose acetate tow sprayed with functional materials.The effect of the type of filter rod material on the removal effect of phenol and crotonaldehyde in cigarette smoke was investigated.The results showed that the cigarette filter rod made by electrospinning superfine fiber with ethanol as solvent had better phenol removal effect than that with water as solvent when PVP possessed the same relative molecular mass;PVP K90 electrospun superfine fiber with the relative molecular mass of 360000 provided better phenol removal effect than PVP K30 electrospun superfine fiber with the relative molecular mass of 40000 when ethanol was used as solvent;the cigarette filter rod made by electrospinning superfine fiber on the carrier offered better phenol and crotonaldehyde removal effect than those made by coating or spraying functional material on the carrier;the cigarette filter rod made by electrospinning PVP superfine fiber on embossed paper offered the phenol removal rate of 29.51%,while that made by electrospinning PVP/PEI superfine fiber on embossed paper produced the crotonaldehyde removal rate of 23.19%;and the cigarette filter rod made by electrospinning PVP superfine fiber on cellulose acetate tow offered the phenol removal rate of 32.21%,while that made by electrospinning PVP/PEI superfine fiber on cellulose acetate tow produced the crotonaldehyde removal rate of 26.40%.
