成核剂对尼龙6注塑成型及性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将尼龙6切片分别与4种不同的成核剂(有机成核剂N22和DN、无机成核剂滑石粉和白炭黑)以及润滑/脱模剂混合均匀,成核剂质量分数为0~0.20%,采用注塑加工方式制备测试样条,研究了不同成核剂及其用量对尼龙6注塑成型效果、结晶性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着成核剂用量的增加,尼龙6的注塑成型时间缩短、成型收缩率明显降低,但成核剂质量分数超过0.15%后,成型时间和成型收缩率变化不大;添加成核剂质量分数为0.05%时,尼龙6的结晶峰温度提高至188~189℃,继续增大成核剂用量,结晶峰温度变化不明显;随着成核剂用量的增加,尼龙6拉伸强度明显提高,而断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度下降;从尼龙6的实际加工出发,添加成核剂质量分数0.10%~0.15%较合适,且添加有机成核剂比添加无机成核剂的注塑加工效果更好。 Nylon 6 chips were uniformly mixed with four different nucleating agents(organic nucleating agents N22 and DN,inorganic nucleating agents talcum powder and silica)of 0-0.20%by mass fraction and lubricating/releasing agents and were made into test samples by injection molding method.The effects of nucleating agent and its content on the injection molding effect,crystallization properties and mechanical properties of nylon 6 were studied.The results showed that the injection molding time of nylon 6 was shortened and the molding shrinkage was significantly reduced with the increase of nucleating agent content,however,the molding time and molding shrinkage did not change much when the mass fraction of nucleating agent exceeded 0.15%;the crystallization peak temperature of nylon 6 increased to 188-189℃when the mass fraction of nucleating agent was 0.05%,but did not change obviously while continuously increasing nucleating agent dosage;the tensile strength of nylon 6 increased obviously,but the elongation at break and notch impact strength decreased with the increase of nucleating agent content;and based on the actual processing practice of nylon 6,the mass fraction of nucleating agent was appropriately 0.10%-0.15%,and organic nucleating agent offered the better injection molding effect of nylon 6 than inorganic nucleating agent.
