党的十八大以来,民办高校党建工作不断完善,但存在的问题也日趋明显。该文立足于新时代,对民办高校党建工作存在的问题进行深度剖析,并提出加强思想引导、完善体制建设、优化组织建设、做好宣传工作、创新党建路径等策略,以期为促进民办高校的健康发展提供参考。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CommunistParty of China, the Party building in private colleges and universitieshas been constantly improved, but the existing problemshave become increasingly obvious. Based on the new era, thispaper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the Party buildingof private colleges and universities, and puts forward some strategies,such as strengthening ideological guidance, improving systemconstruction, optimizing organizational construction, doing agood job in publicity, and innovating the path of Party building,so as to provide reference for promoting the healthy developmentof private colleges and universities.
