高校学生违纪行为心理成因分析及对策探究

Analysis on the Psychological Causes of College Students' Violation of Discipline and the Countermeasures

近年来,随着我国高校的不断扩招,从整体上看,我国大学生管理方面存在的问题不断增多,高校学生违反学校相关管理规定的现象越来越严重,深入分析高校学生违纪的内在心理原因,并有针对性地采取有效措施,对于改善当前阶段高校管理中存在的问题、提升高校管理的效率具有非常重要的意义。该文从违纪原因、违纪行为出现的时间以及违纪的类型三个方面对违纪现象进行了分析并提出了有针对性的措施。

In recent years,with the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in our country,the problems related to the management of college students are increasing as a whole,and the phenomenon of college students violating the relevant school management regulations has become more and more serious.It is of great significance to the improvement of the efficiency of college management at present by conducting an in-depth analysis on the internal psychological causes of college students'violation of discipline and taking targeted and effective measures.This paper analyzes the violation of discipline from such three aspects as the causes of the violation,the time when the violation occurs and the types of the violation,and proposes targeted measures.
